We won a three way pitch to design and animate the titles and graphic interstitials for a new CBBC show – Taking The Next Step. A spin off from the successful Canadian show – The Next Step.
We created an impactful high energy opening sequence that incorporated what became known as the 'mercury swirl' to represent the fluidity of the dancers moves. Combined with bold glossy typography, this identity was carried across to the set design for the show. As well as the films, we supplied high resolution print ready work that can be seen forming the sets / backdrops throughout the show.
