Central Station Art asked us to help them realise an animated glitch aesthetic for Michael Winterbottom and Russell Brand's new film - The Emperor's New Clothes.
We developed a unique pipeline that included coding and custom software designed to 'break' image sequences and therefore output 'distorted' new ones. We worked on a parent / child setup, where one set of images could potentially spawn an infinite number of glitched variations. Using this method we created a huge bank of images and animations for Central Station to use in the film.
